Also of critical importance is our privacy and communication policy. Our provider will contact your designated representative after each new injury and inform you of the details, prognosis, modified duty capacity and treatment plan. Patients sign 2 releases (first report of injury and our own release) that allow us to talk to you about their case. We are also cognizant and respectful of HIPPA regulations which limits the information we can share with you in case of fit-for-duty or medical issues having no bearing on their injury.
